Our doctors and staff aim to provide tailored, individualized care for patients using clinical experience, reasoning, and integrity without the financial restrictions and limitations often placed by insurance corporations.

As a result, we currently accept and are willing to file claims on your behalf at the time of your visit. We are not, however, a participating provider with any insurance carriers. In other words, we are considered an "out-of-network" provider.

How It Works?

Your insurance coverage is an agreement formulated between your employer and an insurance company. What they are willing to cover for each of our fees is determined based on an agreement we are not party to. However, we will provide you and your insurance company with all of the necessary information in order for the claim to be processed.

We consider it our goal to assist you in receiving the maximum reimbursement available to you from your plan's coverage. Unfortunately, we cannot always determine what expenses your insurance is willing to cover prior to your appointment. Therefore, we encourage our patients to check with their insurance should they have concerns.

Although we are familiar with most carriers and can provide our opinion, individual dental insurance companies often have nuances, so you must be prepared to pay fees associated with the dental care we provide.
